What can one expect in the first consultation?
- Your first consultation will involve extensive physical examination and basic psychological evaluation. This will include a pulse, tongue and abdominal palpation examination and your medical history.
- An advice and diet plan for you will be developed
- There will be a diagnosis made based on Prakriti (body type) and Vikruti (current problems). Guidelines for diet, life style and potential instruction for taking Ayurvedic supplements will be given to you.
- Follow up appointments will be required at regular intervals depending on the plan of action. As you get better, the gap between two consultations will be increased.
Do's and Dont's (Before and after consultation)
- Do not come to your consultation extremely hungry, or directly after a large meal. Please do not eat or drink coffee for 60-90 minutes before.
- Make your first appointment on a relaxed day with no close appointments after. In case heavy medical history is discussed, being relaxed after the consultation will be helpful.
- When booking appointments for babies and young children look for a suitable time of the day for your child and avoid their nap times. For older children, please explain in simple terms what they can expect during the consultation.

Fees for one hour consultation: 120 Euros
Fees for 1/2 hour consultation: 65 Euros
